March 2012 in the Phoenix Arizona area saw an increase in home sales. February in Phoenix had 7303 residential homes sold. March had 8880 residential homes sold in the Phoenix area. That’s an increase of over 1500 houses sold! The market definitely seems to be warming up along with the weather. Read more

Home sales are back up last month, to 7304 homes sold in the Arizona MLS in February. This is right about where we were pre-holiday season. I am expecting a bit more movement as the weather warms up. It does seem like the market has picked up and intends to stay that way for a bit.
