November home sales in Arizona saw some slowing again, but that is to be expected with the season and the weather. As people get more concerned with having guests and family over, they care less about packing everything up and moving.
Phoenix area home sales are still up for the year, with a total of 7210 home sales this November compared to 6687 home sales last November.

The big news in the housing market is the volume of homes for sale on the market. November 2010 saw 46227 homes available on the market. This November, there were 27208 houses for sale in the Phoenix, Arizona MLS. Almost 20k fewer houses available for sale compared to last year!
November did see a slight increase in volume compared to December – from 26611 to 27208. However, the amount of new to the market houses in the Phoenix area from December to November dropped from 9892 to 8686.
